Petersburg PoultryLaying flocks, sourced and delivered

Privacy policy

Draft only. Last sketched November 6, 2026. Petersburg, Illinois.

This draft describes what the flocks site actually stores in version 1. It will change after attorney review.

What you send us

Sell-your-flock forms store your name or farm, phone, breed, program, bird type, count, timing, location, vaccination notes, other notes, and an optional referral code. Quote requests and “tell us what you need” forms store your name, email, phone, what you are looking for, and an optional referral code. Insider signup stores your name, email, the interest chips you select, and an optional referral code. Referral-code requests store your name, email, phone, how you work with poultry, and an optional referral code.

Why

We use that information to reply, review flocks, prepare quotes, and run the referral program. Insider addresses are kept so they can later be exported and imported into Mailchimp. This site does not send marketing email in version 1. A notification about each form may be emailed to petersburgpoultry@gmail.com when email delivery is configured.

What we do not keep on the submission

Forms are checked for spam with a hidden field and a short rate limit. The rate limit uses a hash of the network address, not the address itself, and that hash is not stored on your submission.

Who can see it

Submissions are visible in the password-protected admin area used by Petersburg Poultry. We do not sell the list. A future Mailchimp import would be a separate step, done by Petersburg Poultry from a CSV export.

To ask about a submission or to be removed from the Insider list, email petersburgpoultry@gmail.com.

Tell us what you need

Breed, count, timing, and where the birds are going. We reply by email.
